JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following
prayers:-
1. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to acquire entire 24.750 cents of property owned by petitioner after giving fair compensation.
2. Direct the first respondent to consider and dispose Exhibit P3 representation submitted by the petitioner and thereby decide t acquire the entire 24.750 cents of property of petitioner.
that the petitioner has approached the 2nd respondent preferring Ext.P3 representation seeking acquisition of the entire property belonging to the petitioner.
In the above view of the matter, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to take up, consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 representation preferred by the petitioner taking

note of Ext.P2 as well, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce
a copy of this writ petition along with a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent for compliance.
