JUDGEMENT
The husband of the petitioner is a convict undergoing imprisonment in Central Prison,
Thiruvananthapuram. They have two children. The prayer in this Writ Petition is to grant her husband to leave for two weeks so that his marriage to the petitioner may be registered. After hearing both sides, I am satisfied that the request is reasonable. But for that purpose two weeks leave cannot be granted. Only two days leave is necessary.
In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the authtority concerned to grant the husband of the petitioner two days leave so that they may get their marriage registered at the office concerned.
