The petitioner had approached the civil court for protecting his property and had obtained an order of temporary injunction. By violating the order of temporary injunction, the defendants in the suit trespassed into the property and constructed a temporary temple also in a portion of the property. When actions were initiated, they retracted from their acts by stating that they would not violate the order of injunction any further.

goondas were procured for staging the attack, the petitioner may not be able to identify them. At the same time, it cannot be said that the police is unaware of the persons, who had arranged the said attack. Crime No.1146/2013 remains undetected so far.
With the said directions, this writ petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again in case of further latches.
