J U D G M E N T

Read order dated 30.08.2018. Pursuant to the above, the Government passed an order, G.O.(Rt) No.1981/2018/HEDN dated 31.10.2018. The operative portion of the Government Order reads as follows:

“Government have examined the matter in detail and are pleased to permit the Manager, Nirmalagiri College, Kuthuparamba to appoint Smt.Shini George, D/o.Puthiya Kunnel George, Koyipra, Vellora P.O., Kannur from the rank list prepared for English subject to the condition that she is the next senior in that rank list and is fully qualified for the post”.

In the light of the above, there may not be any difficulty in the 4^th respondent appointing the petitioner.

Therefore, appropriate steps shall be taken by the 4^th respondent to appoint the petitioner in accordance with the Government Order dated 31.10.2018 forthwith.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
