These writ petitions are filed seeking the following relief:

i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to release the third part bill as per Exhibit P2.”

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though Exhibit P2 part bills have been raised after completing substantial portion of work which was admitted by the respondents, no amount has been disbursed so far.

There will be a direction to the 2^nd respondent to disburse the amount due under Exhibit P2 bills at the earliest, at any rate, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petitions are ordered accordingly.
