JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appellate authority. Permission is granted; the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Since the petitioner has been bona fide prosecuting this writ petition, the respondents will defer coercive steps for four weeks to enable the petitioner to approach the appellate authority.
