JUDGMENT

The petitioner is an Abkari Worker presently working in a foreign liquor shop at Kallara. He submits that he was transferred to Kallara in December, 2017 on account of which he has to travel 60 kms from his residence. Pointing out his difficulties on account of the transfer to such a far off place, the petitioner submitted Ext.P4 representation before the 1^st respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied with a direction to the 1^st respondent to consider Ext.P4 representation.

In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1^st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The 1^st respondent shall take into account the fact that the
