The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance is only with respect to the direction in the impugned judgment of completion of adjudication within seven days, not being complied with by the Department. The learned Senior Government Pleader, on instruction submits that the adjudication will be completed expeditiously. In such circumstance, the appellant is directed to appear before the adjudicating officer in person or through his authorised

representative on 21.03.2018 and the matter shall be disposed of on or before 28.03.2018.
