When this appeal came up for hearing, learned State Attorney on behalf of the appellant submitted that the second respondent Board had been reconstituted as per Government
Order dated 15.2.2018 and therefore, no further directions are required in the present appeal.
Learned counsel for the first respondent/petitioner, however, submits that their rights are pending adjudication before this Court itself in a separate writ petition. It is made clear that we are not expressing any opinion on the merits of the respective rights of the parties.
The Writ Appeal shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
