When this appeal, filed by the petitioner in W.P.(C)No.32860 of 2011, came up for consideration today, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the appellant is satisfied with the directions issued by the learned single Judge and does not therefore wish to prosecute the writ appeal any further. Learned counsel further submitted that in such circumstances, this writ appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn. In the light of the said submission, the instant writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
