Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that despite sending a letter to the party, no instruction has been received. Matter comes up in the defect list. On 31.01.2018, last chance was given for curing the defect. No steps have been taken to cure the defect so far. The appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
All pending interlocutory applications will stand dismissed.
