appearing for the parties, I take up these review petitions for final disposal.
petitioners for sometime, it was brought to my notice that the first respondent in both the review petitions, in whose favour the directions in the judgment, sought to be reviewed, inure, has now retired from service and therefore, that even if the review petitions are allowed, it would have no consequence or relevance any more.
In such circumstances, I do not deem it necessary to consider and dispose of these review petitions on its merits and hence recording the

submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the first respondent has retired from service, I close these review petitions as having become infructuous.
