The learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that the judgment under review is vitiated by errors of fact and law aparent on the face of the record.

On a consideration of the contentions raised in

the review petition and on hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am of the opinion that the directions have been issued in the judgment, without considering the contentions of the petitioner. The review petition is allowed and the judgment is therefore recalled. Post the writ petition for hearing on 25.10.2018.
