Heard the learned counsel for the respondent.
The sole appellant died. A submission was made by the learned counsel before a Division Bench of this Court on 2.6.2017, where the matter is pending at that time, that the appellant died and sought time for taking steps. So far, no steps have been taken. Hence, the appeal is abated.
All pending interlocutory applications will stand dismissed.
