Principal Sub Judge on the administrative side for necessary action. That on the directions of the Principal Sub Judge, Thiruvananthapuram, a thorough verification was done, but still the decree could not be traced out. Accordingly, it is reported by the court below concerned that a period of one month may be allowed to trace out the decree and to ensure speedy redressasl of the grievances of the petitioners by issuing the corrected decree copy, etc. Accordingly, it is ordered that the Court of the II Addl. Sub Judge, Thiruvananthapuram, will take expeditious action to ensure that the original of the decree is traced out without any further delay and necessary steps should be taken to expeditiously issue corrected copy of the decree as mentioned herein above. If by any reason, due to any circumstances it is not possible to trace out the original of the decree within three weeks, then the court below will ensure that the decree is reconstructed on the basis of the copies of the judgment as now available with that court and then should be ensured that the corrected copy of the decree is issued to the petitioners without any further delay. Necessary action in that regard should be completed within six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment. The petitioners will produce a certified copy of this judgment before the court below for necessary information.
