When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the second petitioner is an aged woman, a senior citizen who is suffering from cancer.

The subject matter of this original petition is that of the year 2018. The petitioner being a senior citizen, the court below is directed to dispose of the matter expeditiously. Surely, the court below shall make all endeavour to dispose of the matter within a period of one year from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
