These appeals have been have been filed by the petitioners and respondent in OP No.875/2006 of the Family Court, Palakkad. By the impugned judgment, the Family Court directed payment of past and future maintenance. The wife and child had preferred Mat.Appeal No.394/2007. Dissatisfied with the amount of award, husband has filed Mat.Appeal No.423/2010 challenging the quantum of amount.
