She contacted him over telephone on 13.12.2007 at the request on Anilkumar. Before marriage she was not informed about his age, job, salary, family etc. But after the marriage it was found that the attitude of the respondent had changed. He had informed her that he was the Manager of a multi national company at Mumbai and was drawing a salary of Rs.60,000/- and he was aged 28 years. It was also informed that he was having a house and vehicles at Mumbai and two houses at Kottakkal and that he was an educated man. Later on it was found that all these representations were false. Further she states that when they thought about marriage, it was decided that the marriage should take place only after getting permission from their parents. However, at the insistence of respondent she had to proceed with the marriage. None of the respondent's relatives were present on the occasion. Further the petitioner insisted that they should enter into sexual relationship only after customary marriage is performed, in the presence of the relatives. Though the respondent agreed to the same, he did not accede to it, and later on, he forcefully had sexual relationship with her. It is also her case that he started demanding money on several occasions
