OP.No.943/2007 of the Family Court, Alappuzha. He was set ex parte and an ex parte decree was passed on 11.08.2009. He filed IA.No.741/2015 through his Power of Attorney under Order 9 Rule 13 C.P.C. praying for setting aside the ex parte decree dated 11.08.2009.
