After noting the contents of the letter dated 24.04.2020, submitted by the Judicial I Class Magistrate Court, Kolenchery, to the Registry of this Court and after hearing both sides, it is ordered in the interest of justice that the time limit stipulated in the final order in the above said Crl. Revision Petition for disposal of this Summary Trial Case in S.T. No.2384 of 2011 will stand extended upto 30.09.2020, as last chance.
