Petitioner is the accused in L.P.No.69/1995

in C.C.No.241/1994 pending on the files of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Thrissur. The limited prayer in this Crl.M.C. is for consideration of the application for bail to be submitted by the petitioner, on the date of submission of the application itself. The petitioner has attempted to make out the reasons for his continuous absence leading to the issuance of Non Bailable warrant by the jurisdictional Magistrate. In the nature of the limited prayer sought, I direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate to consider the application
