On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor, it has come out that presently the petitioner can be permitted to go abroad by making use of his passport. The court below shall return the passport of the petitioner on the execution of the bond by the petitioner for Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) with two solvent sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the court below. The petitioner shall appear before the court below on the filing of the final report in the matter.
