Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor .

On hearing either side, this Court is satisfied that the passport of the petitioner can be directed to be released to him subject to the following conditions:-

(i) Petitioner shall file an undertaking

before the court below to return the passport

¶32

within six months from the date of obtaining it from the court.

(ii) He shall furnish a cash security of

₹2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs only) to obtain

temporary release of the passport.
