The petitioner is the accused in SCC No.4885/2017 on the files of the Court of the 7^th Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ahmednagar, Maharastra. The offence alleged

is the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

The petitioner has filed this Crl.M.C. seeking for issuing a direction to the court concerned to consider and dispose of the bail application of the petitioner on the date of filing itself. The court below is situated not within the jurisdiction of this High Court. Since the Court of the 7^th Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra is not within the jurisdiction of this High Court, I am not inclined to grant the relief sought for.
