ORDER
The prayer of the petitioner is to issue a direction to the first respondent to execute Annexure-B warrant issued against the second respondent by the trial court in execution of the sentence. Since the warrant was issued by the trial Court, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the trial court and apply for resorting to coercive steps to execute the warrant.
In view of the above reason, I am not inclined to pass any order in this Crl.M.C. Accordingly, this Crl. M.C. stands closed. However, I make it clear that if any such application is filed by the petitioner before the learned Magistrate, the learned Magistrate shall consider and dispose of the application, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
