When this matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, has submitted that the final report has been already filed before the court by the police after completing the investigation deleting the offence under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
In view of the above submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, nothing survives to be decided in this Crl.M.C. Accordingly, this Crl.M.C. stands closed.
