JUDGMENT
Petitioners herein are accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.313 of 2018 of Anthikkad Police Station. They stand charged for offences punishable under sections 451, 323, 324, 341 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act on an allegation that, they trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and assaulted the defacto complainant and her son using iron pipe. Three injuries were inflicted on the body of the defacto complainant. They are in custody since 20.04.2018.
