Learned counsel appearing for the appellant/accused
seeks permission to withdraw the above appeal in view of the fact that another appeal had already been preferred by the appellant from jail in which there is a petition to condone the
delay. Taking into consideration the fact that the appellant had already preferred an appeal from jail with a petition to condone the delay, learned counsel is permitted to withdraw this appeal. The appellant/accused is at liberty to proceed with the jail appeal.
