JUDGMENT
In W.P.(C). No.36880 of 2017 a direction was issued that since the suspect had no objection to his undergoing polygraph test, it shall be got done by the investigating officer. The allegation in this Contempt Petition is that the direction was not complied with. Learned senior Public Prosecutor submits that the test was done on 28.5.2018. In the light of the submission, this petition is closed.
