J U D G M E N T
The learned Sr. Government Pleader submits that the direction has already been complied with by passing an order bearing No. C.11/14445/15 dated 19.01.2016, issued by the Addl. Tahsildar, Konni. It is also pointed out that a copy of the said order has already been forwarded to the petitioner on 04.02.2016.
In the said circumstance, nothing further remains
to be considered to proceed with this matter in terms of the Contempt of Courts Act. The Contempt of Court
Case stands closed.
