JUDGMENT
This contempt of court case is filed by the petitioner complaining that the direction contained in the judgment in W.P.(C). No. 38795/2017, dated 08.01.2018 is not complied with. Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that already an order is passed in accordance with the direction issued by this Court, which was under challenge in a writ petition before this Court. This is recorded. Therefore, I do not find any reason to pursue the contempt of court proceedings any further.
The contempt of court case is closed, accordingly.
