Heard Counsel for both sides.

The complaint in this petition is that the

respondents have not, in pursuance to the directions contained in the judgment in W.A. No.112 of 2018, issued mark list of II^nd MBBS examination with internal marks.

While, according to the learned Counsel for

the respondents also, the mark list has not been issued; the reason therefor is stated to be that before issuing the mark list the matter has to go to the Pass Board of

the University and approved by the Syndicate. It is undertaken that this process will be completed as

expeditiously as possible. Moreover, the University has also submitted before us that, in order to see that no prejudice is caused to the petitioner, even in the absence of the mark list, the petitioner has been permitted to appear for the final MBBS Part-II examination.

In view of the above, we close this petition directing that the University shall ensure that the mark list is issued expeditiously so that no prejudice is caused to the petitioner.
