JUDGMENT
The direction in the judgment to the respondent was
to take a decision in respect of the regular appointment
made to the post of Elayathi, within a period of two
months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment. This decision was with respect to the appointment to be made through Devaswom Recruitment Board or otherwise. The learned Standing Counsel made available a copy of the order dated 11.09.2018 in DBP No.68 of 2018
in which it is directed that the Recruitment to the post of Elayathi shall be lifted to the Recruitment Board. The Division Bench has also directed the Devaswom Board to
take steps by making appropriate requisition to the Recruitment Board.
the respondent need not take any further decision on the
basis of the direction in Annexure-A1 judgment.
Accordingly this Contempt Case(Civil) is closed.
