learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that on 24.10.2018, the entire amount in
accordance with the bills submitted by the petitioners are released and if there is any further bills are remaining with the petitioners and if it is produced it will be considered by the respondent. Recording the same, the Contempt of Court case is closed, since I do not find any reason to pursue the same, as there is no willful or deliberate attempt
on the part of the respondent not to follow the directions issued by this Court.
