JUDGMENT
The learned Government Pleader submits that there is a
decision by the Collector on 29.10.2018. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the weightage as directed to be given in the judgment has not been considered and that the decision of this Court setting aside a circular has also not been taken note of. This would be a good ground to challenge the order itself, but not to proceed with the Contempt Case. Hence, the Contempt Case closed, without prejudice.
