This Contempt Case was filed alleging non compliance of the interim order. Petitioner himself has stated that since the entire arrears of pension has been paid. In the I.A. filed, the complaint of the petitioner is that the gratuity and earned leave surrender are due. This is a matter to be considered in the writ petition. This Contempt Case (Civil) is closed.
