This contempt case is filed complaining that the directives contained in the interim order dated 01.06.2018 in W.P.(C)No.11340/2018 is not complied with. Today when the matter is taken up, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition itself is disposed of. Therefore, the contempt of court case has become inconsequential and redundant. Accordingly, the contempt of court is closed.
