Learned Government Pleader Sri.Surin George Ipe submits that the next batch of training for the recruited Police Constables is starting today and the petitioner is included in the 8th batch to undergo such training. Similar instruction is available with Sri.B.Mohanlal, the learned counsel for the petitioner and accordingly, he submits that this contempt case can now be closed.
Having considered the above, the matter is ordered to be closed.
