The learned Government Pleader Sri.Tek Chand has produced the communication dated 5.7.2018 of the Commissioner of Excise, Thiruvananthapuram to indicate that Rs.10,000/- awarded as cost, has been credited proportionately in the concerned bank accounts of the petitioners. This position is also accepted by Sri.S.P.Aravinakshan Pillay, the learned counsel for the petitioners.
Since compliance with the court direction is noticed, the contempt case
is ordered to be closed. The copy of the communication dated 5.7.2018 produced by the learned Government Pleader, will be kept on record.
