When the matter was taken up, the learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that no Crime has been registered against the petitioner at the Kattakada Police Station. The said submission is recorded. In case the presence of the petitioner is required in any crime registered at the Kattakad Police Station, notice under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure shall be issued.
