The petitioner herein is arrayed as the 2nd accused in crime no.668/2018 of Kodungallur police station for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 427, 34 of IPC and 92(b) of Rights of Persons with Disability (RPWD) Act, 2016.
(i) Petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer within 10 days from today and shall undergo interrogation. Thereafter, if he is proposed to be arrested, he shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of .40,000₹ (Rupees forty thousand only) with two sureties for the like

(ii) He shall appear before the investigating officer as and when called for.
