O R D E R
The petitioners herein are accused Nos.2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 in Crime No.258/2018 of Rajakkad Police Station, for offences punishable under sections 143, 144, 147, 294(b), 323, 324, 326, 447 and 506(ii) read with section 149 of the Indian Penal Code.
(i) Petitioners shall appear before the investigation officer within ten days from today and shall

undergo interrogation. Thereafter, if they are proposed to be arrested, they shall be released on bail on each executing a bond for a sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees forty thousand only) each with two sureties for the like sum each.
(ii) They shall appear before the investigating officer on all Thursdays between 9 am and 10 am for the period of two months, from the date of execution of the bond.
(iii) They shall not threaten, coerce or intimidate the defacto complainant or his witnesses.
(iv) They shall not get involved in any other crime.
Anticipatory bail application is allowed as above.
