along with his brother were looking after the properties. The 1st and 2nd accused are engaged in Real Estate Business. They expressed their desire to purchase substantial items of properties belonging to the aforesaid Philipose. Under the bona fide belief that the properties would be purchased by accused Nos.1 and 2, the copy of the original documents were handed over. However, the sale did not materialise. While so, in the first week of November, 2017, the de facto complainant is alleged to have received information that certain persons had trespassed into the property and was committing mischief. He enquired with the Office of the Sub Registrar at Thaliparamba and he came to know that the applicant Nos.1 and 2 with the assistance of the Sub Registrar, Thaliparamba and a Document Writer created 11 assignment deeds by impersonating late Sri.Philipose. The impersonators were presented before the Sub Registrar's office by the accused. Neither the signature nor the thumb impression affixed in the sale deeds belong to late Sri.Philipose. The specific allegation is that the accused Nos. 1 and 2 conspired with the rest of the accused, produced an impersonator before the Sub Registrar and fraudulently got the assignment deeds
