JUDGMENT
This is the second application for anticipatory bail filed by
the petitioner who is the third accused in the case registered as Crime No.109/2018 of Valancherry police station under Sections 452, 323, 324 and 354 read with 34 I.P.C.
It is made clear that the dismissal of this application or the dismissal of the earlier application for anticipatory bail by this Court will not stand in the way of the jurisdictional court concerned to take an independent decision in the regular bail application, if any, moved or to be moved by the petitioner.
