This is an application for anticipatory bail filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 3 in the case registered as Crime No.597 of 2017 of the Payyannur Police Station under Section 498 A I.P.C. The report of the investigating officer shows that after completing the investigation final report (charge sheet) has been filed in the Magistrate's Court concerned on 10.11.2017 and that the court has taken the case on file as C.C.No.1277 of 2017. Therefore, it is open to the petitioners to appear before the Magistrate's Court and move for regular bail. The petition is closed.
