ORDER
Petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.734 of 2018 of Thiruvalla Police Station for offences punishable under sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 326 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. They seek bail apprehending arrest.

is allowed as follows.
(i) Petitioners 2 to 4 shall appear before the investigation officer within ten days from today and shall undergo interrogation. Thereafter, if they are proposed to be arrested, they shall be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees forty thousand only) each with two sureties for the like sum each.
(ii) They shall appear before the investigating officer on all Tuesdays between 9 am and 10 am for the period of two months, from the date of execution of the bond.
(iii) They shall not threaten, coerce or intimidate the defacto complainant or the witnesses.
(iv) They shall not get involved in any other identical offence and the involvement if any, will be a ground for cancellation of bail.
Anticipatory bail application is allowed-in-part as above.
