6.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the allegations presently raised are without any truth or basis. Referring to the F.I. Statement furnished by the uncle of the deceased, it is submitted that the deceased had a very sad past and was very much troubled. It is submitted that on one occasion, about seven years back, the deceased had attempted to commit suicide. The petitioner as well as the deceased were in love and both the families had agreed to solemnize their marriage. There was no question of the petitioner resiling from the said word. The petitioner had resigned from his job about two months back with plans to go abroad. The petitioner as well as the deceased had applied for a job VISA and was waiting for the same. It is further submitted that none of the allegations levelled against the petitioner by the prosecution is substantiated by the statement of any witnesses and the same is purely the imagination of the investigating officer. Even on the date on which the deceased had committed suicide, the petitioner had tried to contact her over phone, but she could not be contacted. The learned counsel would submit that the
