The petitioner approached this court challenging Exhibit P2 order

of the District Collector, Pathanamthitta, passed under the Kerala Protection of River Banks and Regulation of Removal of Sand Act, 2001. By Exhibit P2 order, the vehicle of the petitioner bearing registration No.KL-5/E-3211 is directed to be released on interim custody on conditions. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any

reason to interfere with the same. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
