Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

The petitioner, who is the Manager of an Aided school has preferred Ext.P5 statutory revision petition before the Government against the order rejecting approval for the appointment of the 3^rd respondent.

There will be a direction to the first respondent to take up, consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 revision preferred by the petitioner with notice to the petitioner and the 3^rd respondent within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
