J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-consideration of

an application for renewal of gun license. In such circumstance,

¶36

the 1^st respondent shall issue notice to the petitioner and consider

¶37

the renewal order, with notice to the petitioner and after

¶38

obtaining a report from the District Police Chief and the Wild

¶39

Life Warden, at any rate, within a period of three months from

¶40

the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
